This last week in the ManuelAntonio National Park, we were walking into the forest when we started to hear the sound of branches moving and breaking in the trees above us and noises that sounded like screams!Suddenly, wefound a big troop of monkeys having fun! The troop was around 20 white faced monkeys playing a lot like they were kids.It happened close to one stream and many of them were very close to the ground.It was really cool to see because we could get really close pictures and watch their interesting and playful behavior.
The white face monkeys are the smartest monkey of America.Their behavior exudes the good life…they look for food, then have some fun, then take a cool ¨siesta¨ under the shade of the jungle canopy.
We can also find these monkeys in the natural reserve of Arenas Del Mar. So come and visit us and be part of this adventure of monkeying around!!
