Culture is a fundamental element of sustainability, so every night at Arenas del Mar we offer a cultural characteristic of Costa Rica. We do this to provide fun and entertainment, but above all to provide the opportunity to know and live the different elements of Costa Rican culture. On January 23, three of our guests enjoyed dancing and playing instruments with the Calypso band who visits El Mirador Restaurant in our hotel every Sunday.
The Calypso is a popular Afro-Caribbean rhythm typical of the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, a region that has a strong cultural and musical heritage. We hope you will come and be a part of this experience in the near future.
